Neil Baker is a screenwriter in England. With a burning desire to write for film and television, he often has several ideas and projects on the go at once, working both alone and collaboratively to produce the best possible story and screenplay.
Neil decided to pursue a screenwriting career in 2008 during a scriptwriting session at university. He bought the recommended book and read it cover to cover in one weekend. Since then, he has strived to learn as much as possible about the profession, writing various scripts and networking with other writers all around the world.

Neil's first short film Three (seen above), directed by Darren S. Cook, was entered into the Portobello Film Festival and was consequently nominated for the Best Comedy (2010), just missing out on the award. Another of Neil's short scripts also qualified for the first round of the British Short Screenplay Competition.
Neil's first feature film - Skorned (also directed by Darren S. Cook) - is set to be filmed in 2011.
